how does it work? +
Each TogetherTV member receives a TogetherTV Kit that can be connected to any TV with HDMI ports*. This kit contains a set top box, a camera that can be turned on or off for TogetherTV activities, and a remote control designed for use by older adults. Rather than replace your normal TV programming, TogetherTV works with your existing TV to allow viewing of both your favorite regular TV channels and Uniper content. This kit is easy to install using the provided manual, or TogetherTV can provide a technician in some areas to install the box for you!

Yes. Wi-Fi / Internet is needed for your TogetherTV to connect to our systems
How does TogetherTV work with exsisting channels? +
TogetherTV works with your TV to make switching between normal programming and TogetherTV programming easy! You can even receive notifications from TogetherTV during your regular programming so you never miss an appointment or call!
Can I buy TogetherTV as a Gift? +
Yes, many children get TogetherTV for their parents. It’s a great way to care for a loved one. To purchase TogetherTV as a gift, enter your own billing address at checkout, then select “Ship to a different address” and enter the recipient’s shipping details and we’ll deliver it directly to them.
Is setting up me TogetherTV easy? +
TogetherTV is easy to install however if you need help, our support team is happy to guide you through it. If you purchased a 6 or 12 month plan, you're entitled to free in-house installation, just contact us to schedule it. Monthly plan users can also request installation for an additional $100
How does the money back guarantee work? +
If you or your loved one aren’t completely satisfied with your TogetherTV experience, simply let us know within 60 days of receiving your system, and we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
